Lastly, interviews do not always go the full time, and if you need to leave a little early you can. Just try and balance things.- 1

I screwed up and accepted too many interviews. In my defence, I have not slept this week and did not expect that many calls back-to-back. I /need/ to cancel at least a few, and asap to mitigate the inconvenience for everyone else and open up opportunities for others, but I'm not sure how to go about this and also haven't received confirmation emails from some of the places I'm thinking of cutting so I don't know how to go about getting back in touch. A) Should I use the email in the articling posting for the places that haven't sent me confirmation emails yet but I'm thinking of cancelling? Or should I call back Monday morning? B) I'm thinking of emailing something along the lines of - Hello, I'm so sorry but I have to cancel my interview with your office for [X date and X time]. Thank you so much for your interest in me and my application, and I apologize for any inconvenience as a result. Should I also add the reason - I just accepted too many interviews in the chaos? Or anything else to make it less of a dick move? C) I have five interviews Monday and the first three are spaced out enough but it really looks like it's going to be impossible to make it on time to the last interview. How bad is it to email back and ask for an extra 15 minutes? The last two places are 10 minutes away but I also can't teleport. -

Hi everyone, I have an upcoming interview for an articling position with the Civil Litigation division at the Ministry of the Attorney General (MAG) in Ontario. I was wondering if anyone here has gone through the process or has any insights into what types of questions to expect, what to prepare, and how best to stand out. I'm particularly curious about: The structure of the interview (panel, questions, written component?) Hi all, I know it’s probably a lost cause at this point but has anyone heard anything at all from the Toronto Crown’s office (criminal)? I haven’t seen a single post about someone hearing from them, none of my classmates heard either. I got an ITC but radio silence today. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. -
