Ottawa Articling 2025

I know call day is June 4, has anyone heard (ITC/PFO) from any firms? e.g Gowling, BLG (IP)? thanks!

Still haven’t received anything.  The deadline is passed, so I guess it’s fair to assume I got nothing?

Sources tell me Gowlings on their NALP indicated that they don't anticipate having articling positions open for next year (starting in 2026) for external candidates outside of their current students (see this). For what it's worth I haven't heard back from Gowlings either.

Our career office did say "employers will attempt to communicate offers by June 4th".

Its kinda weird they advertised an articling position on vilaw when they weren't going to offer any external interviews.

Here to ask all those interviewed by BLG what you had on your CV and what your GPA is (if comfortable only). I am lowkey confused as to why I didn’t even get an interview and wish to know what I am missing
