Should I apply access or general if I have a learning disability and low-income background but these things did not affect my grades?

I have a learning disability, and I grew up in a very low-income household. These are things I want to mention in my personal statement, and these things hurt my academic performance a lot in high school, but not so much during university. Since the access category is meant to account for a poor grades or LSAT performance, is it okay if I apply general and just mention these things in my personal statement? Thanks

Yes. This is the appropriate way to approach it.

Good luck and I respect both your success in spite of obstacles and your awareness about how to frame this properly.
