Chances? (2022)

Howdy ya'll,

 

Just applied and wanted to see what the inter-webs thought my chances would be. 

CGPA: 3.86/4.3 (Deans list)

No LSAT (Quebecer)

EC: Borough Youth Councillor (24 month mandate), Academic and Cultural support role at a local YMCA for years within their teen zone department, and most importantly almost a decade of global travel and work experience (Asia, NA and Oceania), which was the reason I, after all my experience, for wanting to go to law school.

LOR: Had two professors that I really like write them for me. They were super encouraging about my decision to go to law-school, and I am happy that they are part of this process with me. 

PS: VERY strong (had a Rhode Scholar and tons of people much smarter than me help me out with it, and lots of people involved in higher academic help me structure it). Spent the entire summer writing it. 

FYI, I was a mature student heading into my undergraduate and will be finishing the entire degree next summer. 

Just wanted to see what you cool-kids have to say about my chances!

McGill can be hard to predict, but your profile appears well-rounded and, more importantly, interesting. A holistic-ish process like McGill's seems to favour applicants with unique experiences and perspectives, and a well-written personal statement with a compelling narrative always helps.
