After you submit your application, you should soon thereafter receive confirmation emails from each school that you applied to. These emails will contain information to access school-specific portals that will provide you with status updates on your application.

If it shows that your transcript has been reviewed on OLSAS and all your other documents/LSAT score have been on OLSAS since November, but you have not received an acceptance notification, is that fair to assume that your application has been rejected or waitlisted? 

Also, does anyone know how applications are reviewed? It seems that the letters coming out are very staggered.

It's way too soon to think that you're rejected. Acceptances tend to almost always be staggered and rejections typically come later on in around April so don't stress too much.
