Not Received A TRU ID yet?

I was wondering if anyone else has not received a TRU ID to check the status of their application yet. I am reapplying this year and I applied a month ago. I noticed that some people have already been accepted but I have not yet even received an ID to check the status of my documents. Last year, it took only a few days after applying so I was wondering if others are in a similar situation or if I will need to contact them. Thanks!

I am also reapplying and this happened to me. I just used my previous log in and that worked! It’s frustrating that they didn’t send an email though but I didn’t bother contacting them because I got around it.
