Maybe, it is not the best forum to post my questions, but I have no other options. I am doing research concerning legal terminology used in Canada, i.e. how it is differnt from the terminology used in the USA. Unfortunately, I haven't come across a Canadian legal dictionary, so I can't figure out some concepts. For example, I want to understant if the term "right-of-way" is used in Canada, or if within the frameworks of Canadian jurisdiction the term "easement" is only used. Please, could anyone help.

Hi OP,

We do not provide legal advice or assistance on this forum. This falls into the same realm - we are also unable to help provide legal research advice.

Good luck with your research.
