Does Queens look at more than one LoR?

On their website Queens law says they ask for one (1) academic reference letter. I'm just wondering if they look at other letters in case there are more than one on the OLSAS file. I'd appreciate it if you know more information about this you can share.

I'm asking because I recently found out there's been a huge mistake with one of my letters (non-academic reference), and I'm trying to contact schools about it. I wouldn't have to reach out to Queens if they don't care to look at a non-academic letter submitted (marked #2 on my OLSAS app if this numbering matters). If there's a chance they'll take a look at it, I want to email them as well in case this letter forms a bad impression of me.

If you submit multiple LORs they will look at all of them, up to a maximum of 3
