Me! I was accepted on Feb. 1 (applied the day before the Nov. 1 deadline).

Excited to be posting here. I just checked uOZone and found out that I am accepted.

Mature student. I do not have an undergrad, but have a 2 year college diploma in paralegal studies and took university credits last summer after having been denied last cycle. My grades gave me a GPA of 4.0, which was in line with my college grades from 20 years ago. 

LSAT July 2020 - 154, Nov 2021 - 159

Over 20 years work experience as a paralegal with the Federal Government.

I will definitely be accepting. 🙂

Just found out I was accepted via uOZone on 17 March, no email yet.

cGPA 3.63/4.00, L3 3.90/4.00 B2 3.92/4.00, LSAT 158

Fourth year student. 

Applied access as there was a term my grades really stand out (in a bad way lol) because a younger sibling was sick and taking care of them really took me away from my studies. Stable grades besides that. 

ECs: lots of research, some volunteering, things like Model UN and lots of jobs (waitressing etc) to pay for school. Independent student my entire undergrad and took two gap years working full time as a server.

My LORs were good and from two different lawyers, one being a professor of law that supervised an undergrad research project.

Hope these details help! I’m so excited!

Accepted today at 8:15 AM via email 🙂

cGPA 3.9, L2 3.9mid, LSAT 164 (Jan 22')

First and only offer of out 3 schools I applied to so I will wait and see what happens with my other choices (Oz, Queens) before making a decision, but I am really happy to have finally heard back and grateful for this offer!

Accepted! Got an email at 5:15 this morning saying my status had been changed. 

OLSAS CGPA: 3.55 L2: 3.69

LSAT: 151 (2019), 164 (2021)

UOttawa alumni & played on a varsity team while I was there.

Unsure if I will accept as I am from BC & ultimately want to end up here and got in to both TRU & Calgary so just weighing my options at this point.

Admitted this morning, notified by email! 

GPA: 3.72

LSAT: 162

Will be declining as I have accepted another school, hope this opens up a spot for someone soon 🙂

Accepted into Common Law program on March 17th. I applied in the access category. I just happened to check uozone and saw it said admitted - I received the email the next morning saying my admission decision had been updated.

Hey guys!!

I am happy to say that I received an offer of admission roughly a week ago. 

I am a 27 year old, 3rd year undergraduate student. My softs were very light/nothing special.

My GPA is 3.96/4 calculated by OUAC and a 4.26 on the 4.3 scale. 

My LSAT was not great but not terrible: 156 

I don't remember if Ottawa uses various categories such as general and access, however I would say that I applied with special considerations/through the access category if they do. I am still waiting to see if other offers come in, though I have already provisionally accepted and feel like there is a good chance Ottawa is the school for me. 

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!!!

Accepted this morning via email directing me to check uOzone. Applied general, finishing undergrad this year.

LSAT: 158

GPA: 3.89 (OLSAS)

EC's include varsity athlete, multiple clubs, volunteer work, as well as paid work throughout undergrad.

Accepted this morning. My stats are

157 highest lsat

3.85 cumulative GPA on the Ontario scale  

and very similar L2 to my cumulative gpa 

good ECs (volunteer, clubs)

out of province applicant. if i get accepted somewhere in alberta, i will not be attending

applied general
