Are Canadian associates lateraling to biglsw in NY, SF, LA, etc having to take a class Cut? As in being treated as a 1st year in terms of pay when they are in fact 2nd or 3rd years?

People are negotiating different deals based on their own specific circumstances and experience. Respectfully I don't think this is relevant at all to you as someone who is preparing to take the LSAT.
