Looks fine for Windsor. Elsewhere chances are low.

Could I kindly get your opinion on Windsor odds with a 152 LSAT & 3.75 OLSAS cgpa with L2 of 3.92. Worked at Deloitte and a few other reputable companies as part of co-op. Former medical student, I had to leave medical school back in 2016 due to health issues. Had a B grade in first & only year of medicine. Did a 4 year B-comm in IT management after leaving medicine, Dean’s List every year. EC’s include volunteer involvement with a political party as a multimedia production assistant & 4 years of volunteering with a non-profit global medical charity.  I applied to all Ontario schools but with the low LSAT I am not sure if I have a shot anywhere.

I think you stand a chance at Windsor. Your GPA is good enough.

Appreciate it! Hoping for the best, but I am working towards getting the LSAT up to a 160 in the meanwhile.

When you applied to all those universities, how did you deal with the LOR? Those need to be sent in by the referee, right? Did you have the same referees tailor their letters to many schools? What was all that like for you?

I can answer these questions with my own experience.

The LoR do need to be sent in by the referee, there is a link that will be generated and sent through the OLSAS portal, you control that timing.

If you are applying to many schools I would recommend communicating that to those you are obtaining letters from. Assume people are busy and won't want to generate multiple versions of their letter to fit each school you are applying. I also find this approach minimizes the chances of a school receiving a letter not addressed to them properly in error.

Another tidbit I wish I had known beforehand, the link doesn't only request the letter from your writer, it also includes a short multiple choice questionnaire about how well they know you and such. It isn't a big deal, but ensuring your reference writer knows what to expect from start to finish ensures confident answers and a smooth process.

Hope that helps.
