Next Acceptance/Offers??

So now that the first batch of acceptance offers have went out, how long until the next group of people waiting find out? Is it as someone declines their offer, a new offer is then made to the next candidate on the list? Or will the next offers come out after the acceptance deadline of March 7th? Or does UM still have to make more offers, and they've only issued early offers? TIA, this is my first time applying and it makes me a little anxious to be stuck waiting without knowing how the whole process works...
