Hey friends, I'm wondering if anyone has insight of the salary range or scale (if any) at the bigger employer-side shops? 

I've heard Hicks and Fillion are somewhat below the new lock step, and realistically, I assume only the bigger "national" firms are on that rate, but I don't have any concrete data.
