157 LSAT

3.5-3.6 GPA range after drops after this semester it will likely be closer to high 3.6.

My guess is that you're likely to get waitlisted. Your GPA and LSAT are below UNB's median, and people with similar or even better stats were waitlisted last year (and stats quite a bit lower). However, some people with very similar stats got accepted last year too (or initially waitlisted and got off). UNB is a safety school for quite a few people, so a good number of people give up their seat, making the waitlist promising. The LSAT scores are also lower than they were last year (still higher than previous years), so that should increase your chances.

I'll also mention that I had a 157 LSAT and I received an offer about a month ago. My GPA was higher, I'm an NB resident and have some other things, but the LSAT isn't necessarily a deal breaker.
