Nearly zero chance without some VERY compelling reasons. Even Detroit Mercy single is likely out of your reach, the bottom quartile there is a 150 and 3.1 gpa. 147 is a 30th percentile LSAT score, hit the books do the Khan academy and bump it up.

Hard to tell at your stats, I am a 3L and I have a 3.5 and 155 friend, this year other schools seem to be going crazy, so the dual floor might be going up too. Your GPA will do fine for Windsor single even with another re-write or two. Good luck man.
