Constantly getting logged out

I think I fixed the problem with people getting constantly logged out or guests not being able to dismiss the cookie banner. Let me know if any of you keep having problems.

Yes I think so.

As an aside, this is the first site in years where I actually read the terms and conditions when I saw the “we have new ones” notice, instead of just clicking yes.  So if I understand, you get to keep what I give you, and I can’t blame you for my bad choices. 😌
