When does the application portal open for a F2023 start?

What's the earliest I can apply to Osgoode through OLSAS?

Sometime in mid to late august but the application deadline is November 1st and they dont look at applications until then. 

Also, there is no early decision option like with US schools. If you submit early, that does nothing for your application (idk if this also applies to law schools outside ontario). You wont hear back earlier if you submit earlier.
