Anonymous threads bug with avatars / last poster

Does anyone else have a bug where a thread that contains an anonymous post seems to always have 'Anonymous' as the last poster, but with the avatar of the actual last poster? Example attached.

As you observed, what you're seeing is not actually an anonymous post, but it's labelled as such in the recent posts view. This seems to be a bug with the board software that I've encountered a few times now. It usually fixes itself once someone else replies to the thread or if, as a mod, we hide and unhide the post. I'll report it to the vendor and see if they can do something about it, but I suspect it will be difficult to track down, since I don't know the criteria to reproduce it.
