B+ 1L Average, am I screwed for 2L OCI jobs?

Hi, I have a 1L B+ average, from a "non-prestigious" Ontario law school. Are my 2L OCI job prospects off the table?

I know people with A averages who didn't secure a 2L OCI job. I also know people with B averages who did. A B+ average is nothing to be ashamed of and certainly won't be the factor that determines whether you do or do not get a job. You should have a good amount of OCI interviews with a B+ if your application package is otherwise competitive.
