transition from litigation to corporate

currently articling in a litigation firm. how hard would it be to then transition into corporate transactional work after being called to the bar? any tips?

I know someone who did this. They really hustled to do this right after their call to the bar. I helped them practice for their interview. It was something that came up in every interview. 

They had a well prepared explanation about COVID impacting the types of work that was available at their firm, so naturally as a part of their articling, they ended up doing more litigation in labour and employment. Ultimately, the experience helped them to confirm that corporate work is their area of interest.
