How long on average does it take for a successful candidate to get their written offer from the MAG Crown Office?

I got a verbal offer about 3 weeks ago from one of the offices outside Toronto but I'm still waiting on my letter. I know it could take a while due to the security screening requirement and a verbal offer is still binding but I'm just so anxious to have it over and done with. 

 

Any insights would be appreciated.

Last year, I received my letter 3 and a half weeks after the verbal offer. My security clearance process began on April of this year and it only just finished earlier this month.
