Are Osgoode students allowed to take Biz Associations in 1L or do they have to wait till Fall Semester of 2L?

Osgoode has the "perspective option" as a mandatory course in 1L, so just curious about BA

Business Associations is an upper year course, so you can't take it in 1L. You'll be made aware of the various perspective options during the fall semester.

The perspective options are seminar courses only. They're designed to introduce 1Ls to law school seminars and writing research papers.
