It's on their website somewhere, I don't really wanna look for it. You can find it. People also e-mailed adcoms last cycle and confirmed it.

When I was applying I called the admissions office about this and they confirmed they don't count summer in B2. It will be calculated as your best two full years (fall + winter) with at least 8 courses for the year (i.e., 4 fall + 4 winter, 3 fall + 5 winter, etc).
