Transcript confusion

Hey guys! I'm having a bit of trouble while working on my OLSAS, I'm wondering if anyone is in the same boat. I see that we must upload transcripts from every place we've studied, including study abroad programs. I studied abroad in a country, but I've tried getting in touch with their registrar and they cannot seem to provide transcripts of my attendance, let alone in English (it was from a developing country on the other side of the globe). The problem is that I never directly enrolled at that university, but rather at one in my home country (I'm from the United States) that sponsored the study abroad. So the transcripts I have аre for institutional credit at my home university, not transfer credit from abroad. Anyone encountered a similar situation or have any advice? I've tried reaching out on SAM, but the character limitations are really hampering effective communication on my part of the problem. Any advice appreciated!
