CleanHands is correct, unfortunately. You're going to have to cross your fingers for a drastic LSAT improvement, but even then the GPA will be a problem. You may want to have a close look at which schools will drop some of your lowest grades (like U of M), or schools which only look at your two best years (like U of S or, I think, Queen's), to see if that GPA value will be higher by their standards. But in any case you've got a journey ahead of you.
