Chances? cGPA 4.05, LSAT 158, applying for Fall 2023

My cGPA is from University of Manitoba. I have just started my 4th and final year of my undergraduate degree and I expect my GPA to stay consistent or improve slightly. My dream school is UVic, but I am also applying to UBC, Calgary, Manitoba, Osgoode, and Ottawa (and possibly more). My LSAT was lower than I hoped, and I am deciding if I should retake in November, which I most likely will. 

OLSAS was 3.79/L2: 3.86, UBC conversion was cGPA 82.07 with drops 

Would I have any chances with these stats? Or should I definitely retake LSAT in November? I have lots of volunteering/ student leadership/ community involvement on my EC, as well as work experience as a TA, several academic awards, management experience and I work part-time to support myself while in school.  

Are there other places that might also consider me with these stats?
