Time before documents show up as received in OLSAS application

I studied in the US for undergraduate and so submitted my transcript to OLSAS via Parchment. There was no "OLSAS" option available in the searchable recipient list, so I had the transcript sent to professional@ouac.on.ca, per the OUAC FAQs. Per Parchment, the transcript has been "successfully received," but it's not listed in the Document Tracking section of my OLSAS application. This was about a week ago. Anyone know how long it generally takes for documents submitted to OLSAS via third parties to show up there?
