Submitting Application without LSAT Score

I am planning on taking the LSAT in November and potentially January if I feel I can achieve a better score. Should i shoot off my last (highest) existing score with my application or should I not include my LSAT score until I've taken these later tests? Or can I include my highest score and update my score should I get a higher one in the coming months...
