Thank you! :))

I applied in the regular category but I had extremely strong reference letters and ECs like playing an instrument, worked throughout undergrad, volunteerism, etc. I just did a lot of fun and different stuff!

I honestly didn’t expect it as my LSAT score was so ass lol, but decided to try and apply anyway. I’m glad I did 💕

Wow! Congratulations! That's awesome 🤗

I wish I mentioned that I played instruments and in sports more but barely if at all touched on that in my ECs, but glad you mentioned all the fun stuff you participated in and i'll keep that in mind next cycle if I don't get in haha 🥺

Forreal though, so happy for you!!

Fingers crossed I hear back soon and maybe we could be future classmates ☺️

Congrats thats amazing!

Question I always wonder, how do people fit this all into that tiny letter with a pretty tight word count without literally just "listing" all the things you have done. I have tons of volunteer stuff, activities, work experience,  EC's, but no way could I fit it all in.Always wondering....

Thank you 💞💞

I did pretty much list off everything I did lol!! My resume/CV was quite extensive… but I really think my LOR did most of the leg work, both my references are well connected with the academic legal space in my province. If you’d like to chat more my dms are always open :))

Accepted my offer letter! Did my undergrad in Toronto so I'm excited to go to a smaller school.

GPA 3.7 (give or take based on some weird transfer stuff)

LSAT 166

I only had professional references (though they were quite good), but I have some strong volunteer experience, speak a few languages and a decade of varied work experience.

I got my letter on March 6. From what I've heard TRU tends to get to you fairly quickly if you're accepted, and even in my case one of my references didn't submit the letter until about a week before the deadline.
