Is there enough business in representing kids in BC?

BC doesn’t have an office of the children’s lawyer. We have a non-profit that seems to be filling the gap.

I am wondering if there is enough paid work that someone who has experience working with kids could open up a firm and specialize in representing children. I don’t know how often judges actually order independent counsel for kids.
