Academic reference missing?

I got an email today saying Windsor is reviewing my application but does not have my academic reference. 

My academic reference was received by  OLSAS in early October before I submitted my applications. 
 

Has anyone gotten anything similar?

I got a similar email last cycle but that’s because my non-academic reference was missing. Are you sure it says academic for you?
