Conditions to maintain acceptance?

Hi! Does anyone know if there are certain GPA conditions that have to be met after being accepted to UofT? I’m in fourth year so I still have one semester left but I’m unsure if I should be trying to maintain the GPA I was accepted with or if I just need to pass. Tried checking Google but nothing came up, so any insight would be appreciated :)) thanks!

Hey! Did you end up figuring this out? I was also wondering the same thing!
