I finished and fully completed my application in late October, and my application is still "under review" status, should I be worried about this, or is this normal practice for an application. I know wait times are long, but I am not sure if I should be in "Decision Pending" status. Thanks!

I'm stuck in that phase too. I also noticed that no one has added their acceptance to the "accepted 2023" thread since December 23rd. Maybe not many acceptances have went out this month yet? That's my hope anyways.

I was "Under Evaluation" last year for 5 months before receiving a phone call offering me a spot. It's normal.
