Which accommodation should I choose?

I recently got into Osgoode for the LLM program. My classes start in August. I have decided to live in university accommodation as they are cheaper and very close to classes. I have the choice of living in Passy Crescent, 90 Atkinson Road or Assiniboine Apartments. University website link here .

I will be staying in a 1 bedroom / single studio. Which accommodation would you recommend I apply to? Would like to hear your experience if you lived there? Which one has better amenities. My one big concern is noise. Is it generally quiet?

I looked reddit and online for reviews. Unfortunately, they were really bad, so I am worried about staying there. All had complaints of roach infestation and bad heating systems. Is it really that bad?

I have also checked out the Quad. It's nicer but much more expensive ($1500 / month). If you know of other accommodations, I should check out that are in Campus please let me know. Thanks!

Thanks for you reply. When did you live in Passy?
