I emailed them last week asking if there's any movement, they said they are continuing to review the applications. Does dual cycle stretch this far into the year? Maybe they had more applicant this year.. I'm not too hopeful 😞

You may not want to hear this. I have posted something similar for other Ontario schools.

All spots are filled by now. However, spot(s) may open up IF someone changes their mind for whatever reasons.

There my be those who have an offer(s) from school(s) outside Ontario and still thinking where they really want to go or didn't bother to 

notify the school in Ontario.

" they said they are continuing to review the applications.". This is a standard reply because they can't say the admission process is over until it is over.

Back in 2011, I remembered a student was accepted to Windsor single after school had already commenced. \

She was from Toronto and went to Windsor the next day.

So would you recommend accepting a Dual JD offer rather than waiting for an offer from another school you’re on the wait list for?

You have to make your own decision.  By the way, I don't think you have posted your stats anywhere.
