I applied one week before the general JD deadline in Nov 2022.  Thought I had good stats but not hearing anything really makes me lose sleep.  And I keep reading bad news, like that people got rejected for applying too late or blowing up their personal statements.

I know there is nothing to do about it now.  But cannot stop thinking if I got rejected this time whether it is worth it to apply again in early Sep 2023...

As long as you applied before the deadline you're not disadvantaged compared to people who applied in Sept. Your admission decision won't depend on how closely to the deadline you submitted your application.

UBC hasn't admitted any general applicants in over a month now so don't worry it's (probably) not you.

Anyone have an idea why they haven’t admitted any general applicants in so long and when their next round of admissions may be?

Thank you, GoatDuck and totaldcky.  It calms my nerve a bit.
