3L here- For anyone interested, my studio apartment at McGill Ridge will be available as of May 1, 2023. I am willing to part ways with all my furniture, for a cost, which means the unit will be fully furnished. It is a 5-minute walk to the TRU Law building and popular grocery stores. Ideal for a single student who doesn’t have a vehicle. Many other law students live in the building.
