Many people here are growing stir crazy wondering if things are moving along or not after the provisional acceptance deadline

I am surprised by the lack of any movement from Ottawa's waitlist.

This is quite  unusual.

Since we haven't seen movement thus far do you think it's likely we will see more movement in August? In previous years it seems the waitlist was started earlier, so perhaps everything is running slower this year?
