I have a masters degree and a couple years of work experience. What are my chances for UofT? And for other Canadian schools?

Based on stats alone..

For UofT - Small. If you increased your LSAT to 170+ then you'd be in a solid position despite your lower cGPA.

For everywhere else - Strong, especially at the L2 schools like Western, Queen's, and Dal. You'd also have a good shot as Osgoode.

UofT takes best 3, which is presumably 3.80 for OP. I'd say you have an mediocre chance. Try to write a good personal statement and leverage your work experience to differentiate yourself from the average K-JD.
