Seeking Insight: Has anyone successfully proposed a clinic or PBSC project at Osgoode?

Has anyone had success in establishing a clinic at Osgoode? I shared my concept with Osgoode's experiential coordinator, who outlined the necessary steps, including obtaining support from a professor, which can take around two years. Although I've reached out to a few professors, I'm unsure if anyone has firsthand experience in accomplishing this. I'm concerned that professors may not be interested due to their busy schedules. Alternatively, I'm considering starting a PBSC project as a short-term option, but my ultimate goal is to establish a permanent clinic. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have not been involved in this, but I go to Oz, so I'll briefly respond. It seems to me that a clinic will be established where a professor has a passion for that field of law and where the administration will feel that there is enough demand from the students to make it worth the effort. Do you mind describing exactly what this clinic would focus on and other details?

I am basing my answer on what one professor about how he is teaching a seminar (not a clinic) in Charity Law. It's something he wanted to do, and the administrations seems to think there will be demand for it.
