uOttawa 1L Grades. 

I received 5 B+'s, 1 B and 2 A-'s. Do i have a good chance at 2L OCI's? I have good work experience and good ECs during law school

Yes, you will likely get a decent amount of OCIs if you have good application materials. My grades were in that range and I got 12.

If you have a B+-ish average you will generally get lots of interviews, and if your under that you shouldn't expect a whole bunch. Getting a job depends on how you do in those interviews, not your grades. Lots of people who get 10+ interviews don't get a job, and lots of people with 5 or fewer do get a job.
