Hi all,

I’m planning to live on Residence starting in the Fall, because I want direct access to the campus and its amenities. I was wondering which residence is the  most appropriate/ recommended for Law students. It seems to me like either the HUB or Graduate residence may be a good choice. I’m wondering if either of these are good choices, or if it’s a different residence entirely that I should be considering. Thanks

Upon further research, I’ve read that the HUB is a bad idea, and I’m now considering either I-house, grad, or renting off campus which may be the better option

I've heard good things about grad housing. Living in Garneau is basically on-campus, quite literally a three-minute walk to the Law Building if you live between 109th and the University. Highly recommend. McKernan/Belgravia are also great, close options.

Graduate Residence is pretty good, just a little expensive. HUB would be a nightmare.

HUB *can* be really nice if you're in the graduate housing. I have been in the one bachelor suites and they are actually quite nice. The standard ones that connect to the main meal hall on the other hand.. I can't imagine living there.
