LSAC / GPA Conversion

Does anyone know how universities in Canada that use percentages (ie. UWO) converts to LSAC GPA?

Asking cuz UWO does not include the correlating grade on the transcript now...recently they announced only the percentage grade shows on transcripts.

"Beginning February 2020, transcripts at Western University no longer provide information regarding historic grading scales. This information can now be found below:"

Above quote from this link ---> https://www.registrar.uwo.ca/services/transcripts.html

My gpa is strong (~87%) and thinking of self selecting out of US schools if this above situation fucks with GPA's, etc. (UWO 80%+ is an A and thus 4.0 with LSAC, but LSAC it is a B is 80%, resulting in a 2.2ish).
