Waitlist movement

Does the waitlist move around this time of year usually or the class basically full? Also, if you get waitlisted later are you at the bottom of the barrel?

Nearly everyone at Windsor knows a kid or two that got accepted at the extreme last minute. I know a dual that got accepted 3 days before orientation, and a single that got accepted a week before. Very limited movement best keep your expectations loose. 

Regarding bottom of the barrel who knows, friend of mine got waitlisted at Windsor around early winter and never got accepted. Too much of a black box to answer those kinds of questions.
