Maybe this will change with having to go in to physical classrooms in the coming year, but I'm in favour of printed books.

1. I enjoy the bookmarking with sticky notes - office supplies bring me joy.

2. It's easier on the eyes, especially when there's enough staring at a screen already.

3. Use a bookstand to keep it propped up and open. It's comfortable, convenient, and you have more screen space for your notetaking rather than using it for reading your materials.

4. They're easier to resell. I should probably do that.

Some would also want print for taking notes in the margins or highlighting, but that isn't my style. In exams (open-book), I would only turn to the text over my notes in a bizarre emergency, so even if one is able to CTL+F in them, that wouldn't be much of an argument to me.
