An Update on the June 2020 LSAT (PT 90) Release Date

As many reading this will know, the June 2020 LSAT is listed on Amazon with a scheduled release date of this Wednesday, August 11th. This would be a brand new test—officially numbered PT 90—and the only real LSAT content made public since a May 2020 LSAT-Flex form was released last October.

Obviously, the prospect of a new, official LSAT has everyone excited, particularly August test takers as this would allow them to review it before their exams next week.

Unfortunately, LSAC has confirmed to us that this listing is no longer valid, and thus that test will not be releasing on the 11th, if ever. The Amazon listing is merely an artifact of a past publishing plan that was entirely upended with the onset of the pandemic and the switch to at-home testing with the Flex.

We do know that LSAC plans to release a new Flex exam with an experimental section included at some point later this year (per their update on 7/16), however, no information has been provided as to which test date it might be, nor when we can expect to see it.

All we can say for sure is Amazon won't be delivering June 2020 this Wednesday. If you have any questions, please let me know!
