Bar exam- charts and independent notes

Hello, 

I was re-reading the info by the LSO on the bar exam and they say you can’t have unauthorized documents. I have margin notes, charts, and summaries I created.

Are those considered prohibited items?

The unauthorized documents are those that are from an "Unauthorized Source" which is defined in Part II of the Rules and Protocols to mean "any source containing examination content." So this would likely refer to having practice test questions/answers or actual leaked examination content. 

All the things you listed (margin notes, charts, and summaries) are permitted items under 5(2). So don't worry about it and best of luck tomorrow!
