Thought I would kickstart this thread since I haven’t seen any about waitlisted applicants yet.

Did my interview in early May, and I got my waitlist offer today. Has anybody else been waitlisted?

3.68 L20 (per their calculations), 163 LSAT

Got the email to check portal same time as you guys. Haven’t had an interview at all 🤷🏻‍♂️

Does anyone know what day the rankings usually go out?

And does WHEN you received a spot on the waitlist matter for rankings or not really?

Well, they did say “by end of June”, so my assumption is that the rankings should be going out by the end of this week or next week. 

As far as I know, when you received/accepted the WL offer does not play a role your in your position (it’s not ‘first come, first served’). You’re ranked based on the factors in your application (LSAT, GPA, softs, how well you impressed them during the interview {if you had one} etc.) I stand to be corrected, though.

Man, I just got an email as well. I’m #20 on the “World” waitlist. Looks like I’m not going to Schulich this year with that kind of position - won’t hold my breath 💀😭

I think if you moving they email you to accept or not. WhAt are your

choices

No idea, but my rank (12 world) didn't update yet so Idk what it means.. Or maybe there's been no movement 🤷🏻‍♂️

I don't think it's moved yet but the July 1st deadline is now so hopefully this friday we see something.

In case anyone was wondering, the world list has moved up 3 spots. I’ve gone from #20 to #17 today. Here’s to hoping many more would follow 🫂

Just got an offer yesterday, my original position on the wait list was 8th (world). I will be accepting, see you all in Nova Scotia this september:D

 

ALSO if anyone in future application cycles is reading this I compiled what data I could find on prior cycles in this reddit thread (sparse but at least it's something), from what I can tell usually at least the top 20 (world) make it!

Heyy! I see that you were accepted to another school already (congratulations), and you’ve probably paid your commitment fee by now. I was just wondering if you messaged Dal already to be removed from WL consideration? I’m few spots behind you lol
