So just wanted to start a thread on useful programs/initiatives and resources you are familiar with or came across, to help lawyers move on up & network in their career.

The Coach and Advisor Network run by the LSO, is one program I know for lawyers looking for guidance and mentorship.

I'm not too familiar with the CBA/OBA's mentorship program, but they do have one as well.  Perhaps others with more familiarity can speak about it.

Feel free to share any other initiatives.
