official vs. unofficial transcripts

Hi all,

I am currently putting together my applications for the 2L recruit which are due on Monday by 5 pm. I realized a little too late that I did not have my official transcript for my law school grades, I actually just had the unofficial one. I've put in a request to get access to my official transcript (and paid for it), but I don't think it'll process until Monday during business hours. I was hoping to submit my apps by tonight or during the day tomorrow (Sunday) to avoid the website crashing on me. Will it look bad if I submit my unofficial transcript for the firms that ask for official transcripts? Will this be a reason that they throw my application out?

It seems to me your alternatives are to submit your applications as is or not at all. Hopefully, your official transcripts will come in early next weeks and you can forward them to the firms. Hopefully the firms will not look down on your applications due to the day and/or lack of immediate official transcripts.
